Dr Resh Diu is the 44 Derngate implant expert. All initial referrals to Resh are without charge to the patient, including photographs and standard radiographs. Resh is happy to accept referrals for all aesthetic and dental implants cases and is keen to work with and mentor local practitioners to help develop their skills in both placement and restoring. Referring practitioners are more than welcome to attend the practice with their patient at any stage of the planned treatment.
Russell Hodges carries out all endodontic treatment with the Zeiss Omit Pico Dental Operating Microscope enabling superior visualisation of the canal anatomy. Cases are treated using the latest equipment with combinations of hand and where appropriate rotary techniques according to the anatomy of each canal. Obscuration also is determined on a case-appropriate basis, and may be by traditional cold techniques, customised, or warm vertical compaction (system B/Optra). Newer materials such as MTA, and Biodentine are also used in surgery perforation, certain open apex, and vital pulp therapy cases.
Dr Vikas Vohra has been providing sedation for over a decade and is recognised by the Royal College of Surgeons of England (IACSD) as an accredited Sedation Supervisor, training dentists to provide sedation in practice.
Sedation role : Dr Vohra has been practicing Intra venous Sedation since 2004. His experience and commitment to the field has lead to be approved by the IACSD as a Sedation assessor. This position allows him to train dentists to be able to provide infra venous Sedation. Dr Vohra is a member of the Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry
Ortho role: Dr Vohra commits 2 days a week just providing braces. This has mean he has gained vast experience in both Invisalign and fixed braces. He is well on his way to treating close to 1000 patients. Dr Vohra has completed a 2 year modular orthodontic program under the mentorship of Professor Jonathan Sandler, this combining this core orthodontic knowledge with cosmetic dentistry to achieve the optimal aesthetic outcome for the patient.
Dr Chandan qualified in dentistry (BDS) with honours from Kings College, University of London in 2014, having also completed a BSc in Neuroscience with Basic Dental Sciences. I gained experience in general dental practice in the Oxford Deanery before undertaking training in a Special Care Dental Service treating adults and children with special needs and dental phobia. I have gained surgical experience working as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) in the West Midlands and have gained a Diploma of Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties at The Royal College of Surgeons of England (MJDF RCS Eng)I now split my time working as a doctor in OMFS providing oral surgery services and providing general dentistry services in Oradi. I enjoy providing surgical treatments and treating anxious patients.
