The post holder will provide an outstanding reception service and efficient administrative support to the service provided at the Dental practice. Representing the face of the company as patients first point of contact. Providing care for all patients who contact the practice via face to face interaction and any other forms of communication.
The post holder will ensure that administrative activities are carried out in a timely manner with excellent communication while prioritising workload and working within a team and independently. In addition to the main clerical responsibilities the post holder will be expected to maintain the clinical database and system programmes used within the dental practice.
For Trainee: All Training will be provided onsite. Following successful clinical training a review shall be undertaken after six months once all induction training is complete. The post holder shall be signed up to a Dental Nurse Training Provider in house or off site to complete NVQ/City & Guilds Training.
The post-holder will provide a high standard of clinical assistance to the dentist/therapist upholding all clinical aspects within the surgery, adopt proficient surgery procedures, ensuring the best utilisation of surgery time. Provide excellent patient care, maintain cross infection control, partake in decontamination activities, maintain equipment and stock of materials. Adhering to at all times systems and protocols in line with company strategy, goals and values.
